Payment schedule on all installation will
be as follows:
New Construction
Staining and Sealing or Staining,
Scoring and Sealing.
* 50% Deposit prior to starting work.
* 30% due after staining and protective covering is completed.
* Final 20% due after 2nd coat of sealer is applied.
Note: Protective covering is used when different installation
dates are needed between the staining and sealing due to the
construction schedule.
Sealing only.
One coat system
* 50% Deposit prior to starting work.
* Final 50% due after sealer is applied.
Two coat system
* 50% Deposit prior to starting work.
30% due after 1st coat of sealer and protective covering is
applied.
* Final due after 2nd coat of sealer is applied.
Note 1. Protective covering is $.25 per square foot extra
unless noted on printed estimate.
Note 2. All prices for new construction (complete homes
or add-on's) are based on the time of application being just
before sheetrock. This is due to the additional labor
needed to protect sheetrock if installed and for the cleanup
needed after sheetrock dust or mud and texture.
All other than new
concrete
Pricing depends on the condition of the concrete. Prices begin at $2.50 per square foot for
concrete that has never had any floor covering, paint, or
coating applied regardless of the age of the concrete unless
decay has occurred due to rain and weather.
Condition means age, existing or pre-existing coverings,
such as paint, carpet, tile, wood, sealers, and top
coats. Example: Carpet is currently installed and Kemistain
gives a verbal or written estimate based on the customers or
contractors description of the condition of the concrete but
upon arrival Kemistain finds other factors such as paint,
glue or other coatings on the concrete, we reserve the right
to rebid the project.
Kemistain does not agree to withholding funds do to the delay
in the construction schedule or delay beyond our control.
All charges are due based on the above payment schedule and are
not subject to withholdings. If deviation in the payment
schedule is needed
it must be provided in writing to Kemistain and approved by Kemistain prior
to the initial work order is signed and the deposit is made to
Kemistain. If Kemistain begins work without a signed work order
and the customer, builder or representative of the builder
or customer has found Kemistain by way of the internet and has
viewed any part of this website they agree to these terms in lieu
of a written agreement. A link to this page is provided on
our Home Page (index.htm) which is seen at the beginning of our
website.
If a bid has been given by Kemistain and has been discounted
for quantity and the customer or builder has chosen to reduce the quantity
after the price was given than the discount will not apply and the
regular price will take effect.
